When can You Ride at Nova Quarter Horses, Inc.?

ALL YEAR ROUND!
That's one of the best things about riding horses, as compared to Soccer, Baseball and other sports that are seasonal. Our new Indoor facilities enable our students to ride all year round, giving them the opportunity to learn on a continual basis.

Why Should you ride at Nova Quarter Horses, Inc.
There are so many reasons to choose riding as the sport for your child. The reasons are different for each person, but it is clear to us, from our experience, that one of the main factors is the promotion of self-esteem and self-confidence. There is nothing more satisfying to a child - and even to an adult - than the accomplishments of sitting atop a magnificent animal and having it listen to what you tell it to do. Just imagine the sense of pride a child must feel!

Another significant factor is it allows your child to develop social skills and team skills, and even leadership skills, while developing new friendships. We encourage our students and boarders to become involved in all aspects of Nova Quarter Horses. This means not only do they come to ride for their hour long session, they are also encouraged to learn to groom, feed, saddle and even show in local events. There is so much more to horses, than just learning to ride one. We strive to teach our students and boarders to care for and love these wonderful animals.

And let's not forget why it's good for the adults! Stress Relief! After all "The Best Thing for the Inside of a Man is the Outside of a Horse." Riding is a way to let go of the days stress.
